Fill in the who, what, when, and where prompts on the outside of your white keepsake box. Store photos in the box, rotate photo displays or add them to your photo albums. Future app updates will include photo editing tools as well as storage and display solutions.

Can I close my box anytime? Yes! You can fill your box and close it anytime! You cannot re-open the box once it's closed. Once your box is closed, your order will process and ship within 3-5 days. A new box will open the day of the monthly payment cycle. Purchase and open an additional box anytime.

Can I select photos rather than swipe? Yes! Click the grid icon in the top right to toggle to the select photo tool, then tap the images you'd like.

Can I gift a subscription or single box? Yes! Open the app > settings > gift a box. Learn more here >

Can I duplicate a box or send a filled box to someone else? Yes! Duplicate a box by clicking the pencil icon > copy photos. To send a filled box > close the box > change the ship to address on the order confirmation screen.

When can I expect my box to arrive? Your Persnickety Box will arrive 3-5 days after your box is closed. You will receive push notifications with tracking as long as you have accepted permissions inside the app.

What if I need other print sizes? Upload and order on any device by going to www.persnicketyprints.com right on your phone! No app needed.

Can I add photos from my computer? At this time, we are app based only. You can simply airdrop or sync photos to your mobile phone and swipe them in from your camera roll. Or, try our new integration with google photos!

What if my photo isn’t square? We’ve made it easy for you to quickly view your photos in the box and where there may be cropping. Simply crop photos by clicking> view box > tap the photo & adjust as desired. See this blog post for step-by-step instructions >

Android?  Yes! Persnickety Box is available on both iOS and Google Play.

Can I pause my subscription? Yes! You can pause your subscription anytime by emailing admin@persnicketybox.com. Any unused boxes will remain open to use when you’re ready and all of your order history will be stored in the app. Our support team will set a pause end date for you at which time, boxes will begin opening monthly again.

When can I add photos for the next month?  A new box will open on the day of your subscription start. Purchase and open additional boxes anytime. Add on as many boxes as you’d like!

How do I access a folder on my phone?  Click the “all photos” drop down to quickly toggle albums. Be sure your phone settings allow the app to access all photos. Go to settings > persnickety box > photos > all photos

When is my credit card charged? If you subscribe on July 5, your card will be charged every month on the 5th. This is the date your new box will open each month. You are only charged each time a box opens.

Can I request rush delivery?  No. The purpose of this service is to document your story each month in print. We will be fulfilling ALL Persnickety Box orders within 1-2 days of the box being closed. Allow 3-5 days for shipping for a total of 5-7 business days. For rush or additional prints, order at www.persnicketyprints.com.

Where do I select white borders?   Tap View Box to toggle white borders on or off. A white border will be added to ALL 30 photos. This selection is set per box.

I only have 25 photos and the month has ended.  That's OK! You don’t have to close your box before the month ends. Alternatively, you can close your box and we'll send the 25 photos selected. You are only charged each time a box opens.

How can I buy the mini Photo Album? Each time you close a box, you’ll have the option to purchase an album for a member price of $12. One album limit per month. You can purchase additional albums at Close to My Heart at the regular $13.95 price.

How much is shipping?  Free U.S. shipping!

Is this service available outside of the U.S.?   Only U.S. at this time. Our goal is to bring this service to Canada and Australia in the next year.

What is the type of paper used for the prints?   4”x4” Fuji Silver halide matte/ lustre photographic prints. Processed with dark room technology to ensure they last forever. These prints are water and fade resistant.

How do I remove a photo in my box? Tap> View Box. Click review box. Tap the X on the top right of the photo you’d like to remove. Tap the pencil icon to remove ALL photos in your box.

How can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime by emailing admin@persnicketybox.com. You will lose all saved images and the current plan rate.

Does my Persnickety Prints Login work in the App? No, this is a separate platform, you’ll need to set up a new username and password.
